*Jerry Grinstain – President* Jerry returned to TERRY in 2003, and actually was a key member of our sales team from 1977 to 1987. He has been associated with the furniture industry for twenty years and has both domestic and international experience. He served as an independent Rep. and worked with A-Ventures where he developed the Western Region, and more recently was at US Futaba as the VP of Sales and Marketing. His goals for TERRY are to achieve recognized customer satisfaction in the industry, to build a strong distribution network throughout the nation, and to support the growth of our customers through service and product quality. Jerry has a BA in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton.

*Cindi Andal* – *Sales Operations Manager* Cindi Andal has been with Terry Hinge since 1994. She has over twenty years experience working within manufacturing companies. She started with Terry Hinge as the Director of Customer Service. She was a key player in the start-up of the New Business Management group now a seasoned and productive team of individuals at Terry Hinge. Along with her staff, she helped Terry develop procedures & training during the process of becoming ISO certified. She supported and managed the Terry Hinge sales staff in So. California as a Regional Sales Manager for over 4 years. Her recent promotion to Sales Operations Manager allows her to utilize her experience, skills and her team to promote high quality products and strive for customer service excellence. Her goals are to satisfy customers and deliver on commitments made by Terry Hinge personnel by performing to customers expectations.
